Programme Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the fundamental concepts, frameworks, and structure of Project Management based on PMI® standards and the PMBOK® Guide.

  • Identify, analyze, and manage project risks using both qualitative and quantitative risk analysis techniques.
  • Manage project teams effectively, including leadership, motivation, conflict resolution, and team development strategies.
  • Implement effective project communication strategies through communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and performance reporting.
  • Understand procurement management processes including contract types, vendor selection, and contract administration.
  • Manage stakeholders using tools such as the Power-Interest Grid and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Prepare for the PMP® certification exam with confidence through structured learning, quizzes, and mock examinations.
  • Demonstrate professional responsibility and ethical practices as a Project Management professional.
