Programme Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Plan and execute effective project communication strategies and stakeholder engagement approaches.
  • Understand procurement processes including contract types, vendor selection, and contract administration.
  • Apply stakeholder management techniques such as Power-Interest Grid and Engagement Assessment Matrix.
  • Prepare for the PMP® certification exam through structured learning, quizzes, and mock examination practice.
  • Demonstrate professional responsibility and ethical behavior in project management practice.
