This course is composed of two parts:
The first part introduces Copilot for Microsoft 365, explores how it can be used across various Microsoft 365 applications, and covers best practices for prompt creation. It also explains how to extend Copilot using plugins and Graph connectors.
The second part of the course focuses on hands-on learning through seven business Use Cases: Executives, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, HR, and Operations. These exercises demonstrate how Copilot is used within Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook to complete common business tasks in each functional area.
To complete the Use Case exercises, each student must have access to a Microsoft 365 subscription (BYOS) with a Copilot for Microsoft 365 license. A Microsoft OneDrive account is also required, as Copilot relies on OneDrive for file sharing tasks used throughout the exercises.
