• Execute procurement activities, contract management, and vendor selection processes
• Monitor and control project performance using KPIs, change control systems, and reporting tools
• Close projects effectively while ensuring lessons learned and compliance with organizational processes
• Apply professional and ethical responsibilities in line with PMI® standards
